The Month 30 Progress Meeting was successfully held in Hørsholm, Denmark, at the headquarters of the Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI), project coordinator, on 11th June 2025.
Consortium partners gathered to review the current status of the project, assess progress against planned milestones, and align on the next steps for the upcoming reporting period.
The event gathered all the international partners of the consortium (DHI, CWare, SDA, Eurosense, EcoTree, GISIG, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Bitagreen, OneTree Foundation/EdnoDarvo, NDConsult Ltd) to review the current status of the project and define strategic directions for the upcoming phase and its finalization.
Among the main outcomes, the project consortium put the basis to refine the suite of tools developed over the past months: trees ecosystem services simulation tools, an improved user interface, mapping tools for trees and urban environments, and a citizen science web application designed to actively engage the public and gather more information on trees. The meeting discussed also how and when to conduct live demonstrations of tools and showcase the implemented use cases, with the support of the web site and dissemination material to be designed to the purpose.
In addition, initial elements of the commercial offer and business plan were defined, aiming at future exploitation of the project results towards EU and international cities. Dissemination and outreach activities were also discussed, including a series of networking webinars and a final event dedicated to presenting the project and its impact to the broader public and stakeholders.
This meeting marked a key milestone in strengthening the shared vision among partners and preparing the ground for the final phase of the project and the transfer of its technological outputs.
