100KTREEs has a user-driven approach with a close stakeholder engagement for obtaining user requirements, co-development, evaluation and testing, and development of business cases. We have directly involved two cities, Sofia in Bulgaria and Copenhagen in Denmark, to gain a first-hand understanding of the challenges facing these cities while implementing a tree planting strategy.
